MURATA BUSINESS CENTER HOLDS FINAL
BUSINESS BOOT CAMP II SESSION
HARRISBURG (June 16, 2008 ) -- The Murata Business Center, the region’s leading business incubator, will be holding its final Business Boot Camp II session, Wednesday, June 18, 11 S. Union Street, Middletown, 9am-11am. Join us for a credit seminar that helps you to understand "banker's language" when trying to apply for credit. This is a great seminar for new and existing businesses to come and find out what banks are looking for when they are making a loan decision. Melissa McLaughlin of the Harrisburg Regional Chamber & CREDC, along with Chris Rockey of PNC Bank will be presenting.
Boot Camp II is the sequel of Business Boot Camp I, which was held last year. Business Boot Camp was a spin-off of First Mondays, a cooperative initiative between the Murata Business Center and Harrisburg Area Community College (HACC) offering an informal setting where entrepreneurs can come to gain tangible, practical advice from experienced staff on the "ins and outs" of starting their own business. The First Monday Program is held on the first Monday of every month from 9am-11am at HACC 's Business Start-up Center, Three Penn Center, 349 Wiconisco St., Suite 237, Harrisburg.

The Murata Business Center is located in the Keystone Innovation Zone and the Technology Corridor Enterprise Zone, two state programs that may provide assistance in the form of tax credits, assistance seeking investment or financing help at later stages of business development.
