CREDC Finances Franklin Family Services in Carlisle

HARRISBURG, PA (October 7, 2010) - The Harrisburg Regional Chamber & CREDC (HRC/CREDC) announced today that it provided $244,000 in financing through the Federal SBA 504 loan program to help Franklin Family Services acquire a property located at 816 Belvedere Street, Carlisle Borough, Cumberland County.  CREDC is a certified lender for Dauphin, Cumberland and Perry counties.

Franklin Family Services was formed in December 2002 to provide psychiatric evaluations, psychiatric medication monitoring, psychological evaluations and outpatient therapy for individuals and families.  The practice provides services to Franklin, Cumberland and other surrounding counties.  Franklin Family Services is owned by Dr. Scott and Richelle Trayer. The SBA 504 loan along with financing from Orrstown Bank and equity contributions enabled the Trayers to expand their business by opening a second practice location in Carlisle. The project had a total economic impact of $610,000 and will create and/or retain 5 jobs. 

The Chamber & CREDC is a certified lender for state programs and local packager of the SBA 504 program.
