CREDC is leading the way in the effort to keep our best and brightest right here in Central Pennsylvania. Like almost all states, we have experienced an out-migration of our young educated workforce. Pennsylvania has launched an initiative that has been working to correct that trend.

Our efforts clearly focus on engaging our regional colleges with the business community and economic development agencies to insure that the economic needs of the region are being met through this Stay Invent the Future initiative. CREDC efforts feature a comprehensive and collaborative approach to providing solutions that address multiple challenges to retaining our best and brightest in the region.
